Childcare Voucher Process
Soccer Shooters is an Ofsted registered childcare provider, a benefit of this is that we can accept Childcare vouchers for some of our activities, including School Holiday clubs.
Using Childcare Vouchers (CCV Option)
The CCV [Childcare Voucher Option] is available for our classes , Holiday clubs, and Wrap around.

The CCV option will not appear for Subscription or Free Trial bookings.
Step 1

To use childcare vouchers, parents must:

Select the Drop-in Session button.

Choose multiple sessions (or all sessions)

At checkout, enter the childcare voucher company name in the free-text field.

Step 2

Use the code CCV (literally enter these 3 letters) at checkout to remove any card payment due.

Please take note of our reference code for your voucher provider. (see below) A full list of providers will be available to assist you.

Once submitted, your childcare voucher company name will appear on our records, and admins can contact you directly if needed.
Step 3
Make payment to us via your Online Childcare provider account for the amount aligned with the cost per day
Step 4
Email or message us via info@soccershooters.com to advise that you have made a Childcare voucher payment, we will then confirm back that payment has been received.

We are working on an integrated payment system to make paying with childcare and government vouchers much simpler. We hope to have this live Mid september 2025 at latest.
