School Wrap Around Service Manager - Bristol 

We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and compassionate Wrap Around Service Manager to take the lead in overseeing our school-based wraparound service in Bristol. This is a 360° positive role that impacts children, parents, and school communities by providing a structured, creative, and supportive environment for children outside of standard school hours.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the daily running of the school wraparound service

•Lead and support a team of staff delivering engaging sessions

•Design and develop a holistic, inclusive program tailored to the needs of the children and school.

•Ensure a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for all participants

•Offer a wide range of activities, including:oSports and active playoArts and craftsoMusic and storytelling Mental wellbeing activities, Creative expression sessions

•Maintain clear communication with schools, parents, and internal teams

•Manage administration, compliance, and reporting requirements

•Continuously improve service quality and adapt to the evolving needs of children and families

About You

•Experience in managing or coordinating children’s services (e.g., wraparound care, after-school clubs, holiday programs, youth work)

•Passionate about children’s development and wellbeing

•Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

•Confident in planning and delivering engaging and diverse activities

•Able to build positive relationships with children, parents, and school staff

•Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection best practices (training can be provided)
